"The State Controls Criminal Cases, the Victim Controls Civil Cases" A criminal assault charge is prosecuted in criminal court. This means that a district attorney or other public official is in charge of the case against the defendant. The victim will have little say in how the case is conducted, although he or she could be called as a witness. The victim in the criminal assault case becomes the plaintiff in a civil assault case if he or she decides to sue the defendant for damages"

    Terry Jenkins Appeal

Perfect Legal Offices Plaintiff Terry Jenkins Defendant SASP / Corporal Mikey Green Statement of Claim: Green failed to abide by the 4th Amendment and assumed guilt based on my prior history before evidence presented itself. There was no evidence of Terry selling narcotics except he was in the area. As Terry is a habitual drug user, Corporal green chose to use this and base Terry's history of substance abuse to arrest him finding narcotics (which was for personal use). Relief $30,000 for fines and time spent in Bolingbroke Penitentiary Representation Terry Jenkins wishes to represent himself Plaintiff Statement I was riding my bicycle in the vinewood area due to the fact I don’t have a DL. On my journey, I saw my friend White Mary, and we exchanged pleasantries and conversed. After we were done with our conversation, I hug Mary and leave on my bicycle. Unbeknownst to me, Cops pulled up and for some reason were trailing me aggressively even though they never made contact with me. After trying a stunt on my bicycle I fell and officers immediately surrounded without warning and began to tell me to put my hands up. Being treated horribly by police in the past, I grew concerned and frightened. Last time I was “tazed” I was shot in the neck by a terribly trained CO and was left paralyzed. This incident has stayed with me. With the facts in front of me, in my honest belief, I was being falsely imprisoned and persecuted. I’m a habitual drug user so all police know I’m carrying narcotics for personal use. They decide to use this knowledge and accuse me of peddling drugs when no investigation was done. A man in a city of 12 million and the cops try to arrest me? It’s screams of subjective policing and no objectiveness whatsoever Witnesses Mikey Green Evidence to Subpoena Medical records to show received stem cell injection for paralysis Evidence Available Bodycam #1 Bodycam #2 Bodycam #3 Criminal Record showing past possession charges #1 #2 #3 Written by Terry Jenkins, revised by Martin Bradford

    Lopez V. BCSO

Lopez V. BCSO Plaintiff (DOB/Phone/Email) Eduardo Lopez 1989-01-01 (+6 891-712) Generalmarco#2161 Defendant (Names/Department) BCSO, Tessa Weitman Statement of Claim At approx 10:00 PM of 09/26/2019 our client, Mr Lopez was the passenger in a high-speed pursuit. After noticing the officers were using lethal force, our client wanted no more to do with this situation and got out of his car and out of harm's way onto the beach. As he left the vehicle, the officers turned their attention to him. He was pursued by Deputy Tessa Weitman, who immediately opened fire on the car with a shotgun. At no time was Deputy Weitman aware of the situation at hand and she then began firing blindly at the vehicle. During the chase, Mr Lopez would hide for cover to avoid being shot but unfortunately as soon as she came around the corner she opened fire immediately without having eyes on any part of my client besides his shoulder. As he ran to avoid the barrage of shotgun pellets he put his hands up to show he was no threat. Mr Lopez was fired upon 3 more times whilst his hands were up and he was then struck by a SASP cruiser. Mr Lopez never pulled out the weapon he had on him and never shot at any point during this entire event. On behalf of Mr Lopez, we(Perfect Law Offices) seek to file suit against the Blaine's County Sheriff's Office for: Excessive Force: Police may use deadly force if threatened with death or great bodily harm, at no time was the deputies life in jeopardy Negligence: Mrs Weitmans failure to act as a reasonable person to someone to whom s/he owes a duty, as required by law under the circumstances Compensatory damages: Medical bills - $10,000 Pain & suffering - $12,500 Emotional distress or trauma - $12,500 Relief Sum of $35,000 The state file charges against Mrs Weitman for Assault with a deadly weapon and Battery Representation Eduardo Lopez - Perfect Law Offices (Bradford and Macoochie) Blaine County Sheriff's Office - ADA Clark/ADA Alabaster Plaintiff Statement - Video Statement Witnesses Sebastian James Jonathon Jackson Mikey Green Witness Statements Sebastian - “I was in a pursuit that was involved in the kidnapping of the commissioner when the vehicle crashed and began to shoot at officers. After I had shot Noah Monroe I started to chase after Tessa since she was chasing down the last suspect. She then just started shooting at him while his back was facing her. I had eyes on him the whole time, he never reached for a gun or any sort of weapon yet she still shot at him at least 8 times. I also gave her multiple commands to stop shooting but she didn't listen. I saw at least two confirmed hits on the suspect before he was hit by a cruiser. She then cuffed him and didn't provide medical to the man she just shot multiple times.” Jonathon - Video Statement Evidence Available Body Cam of Tessa Weitmann Ground Unit Body Cam footage from Mikey Green Aerial Unit Body Cam of Johnathon Jackson Ground Unit Eduardo Lopez Medical records
